What if a kids' gratitude worksheet held the key to shifting your entire energy?
Today I'm sharing a lesson I taught my boys during homeschool in Bali. It was simple. Four prompts on a page. But instead of letting them rush through it, I asked them to slow down, to feel it, to bring images and emotion to each answer.
And honestly? I needed it just as much as they did.
In this episode, I walk you through the four gratitude prompts, share real examples from our morning (including a family beach walk that made me emotional), and explain why gratitude is scientifically the highest frequency you can experience.
This isn't about being positive for the sake of it.
